Advocate Javed Saipan Nagare stands as an inspiring figure who has seamlessly woven the strands of education, law, social work, and community development into a meaningful professional journey. Based in Solapur, Maharashtra, he has dedicated his life to academic excellence, social justice, and youth empowerment.

Born with a deep sensitivity to social issues and an innate sense of responsibility towards community development, Mr. Nagare pursued his higher education with a focus on human rights, law, and social welfare. He completed his Master’s in Social Work (Human Resource Management) from Walchand College, Solapur, affiliated to Solapur University. His academic quest continued with achievements such as clearing the UGC-NET and SET exams, securing an LL.B. degree from Lokmanya Tilak Law College, and acquiring a Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare (DLL&LW) from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Social Work from PAH Solapur University, further cementing his commitment to academic research and social transformation.

Professionally, Adv. Nagare has carved a niche for himself both in the academic world and in the realm of non-profit leadership. He currently serves as a CHB Lecturer in the Department of Social Work at Walchand College of Arts and Science (Autonomous), Solapur, where he delivers lectures in Human Resource Management and coordinates specialized add-on courses on Gender Sensitization and Corporate Social Responsibility. His academic experience also includes a noteworthy tenure as Assistant Professor and previously as Visiting Faculty at Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Solapur Campus, where he played a key role in student counseling, subject delivery, and fieldwork supervision.

His commitment to social causes extends beyond classrooms. In 2010, he founded the Sarathi Youth Foundation, a vibrant grassroots organization aimed at youth development, education, and social inclusion. As President, he has been instrumental in designing new projects, mobilizing donors, and managing the organization’s operations. His leadership style emphasizes participatory management, capacity building of team members, and creating sustainable social impact.

Adv. Nagare also has experience in the corporate sector, having worked as Sr. Executive – HR & Admin at Mosolf India Logistics Pvt. Ltd., and later as Head of Operations & Business Development at Prerna Associates in Pune. These roles added a pragmatic dimension to his understanding of organizational behavior, policy execution, and administrative planning.

He has actively participated in various national and international seminars and conferences on topics like automation and employability, marginalized communities, and development paradigms. His involvement in workshops and rural appraisal camps reflects his strong inclination toward participatory learning and hands-on research. He has also contributed to surveys and awareness drives in collaboration with government and civil society organizations.
